This class is for dogs that are confident and controlled on most obstacles and are ready to do short sequences of obstacles. Emphasis is on developing control of the dog, developing handling skills, obstacle discrimination, advanced jumping skills and sequence work.
This is the next step for dogs graduating from the Agility Foundations class or those who have approval in advance from the instructor. This class is a GREAT way to channel your dog’s energy.
Classes are taught mostly off leash, with dogs on leash between exercises. A speedy sit and down, reliable recall, and stay with distractions are recommended for this class.
Please bring your dog on leash with a buckle collar and plenty of tasty doggy treats the first night of class. Bring your dog’s favorite toy as well.
Class Information
- Age Requirement: 1 year and older.
- Duration: 4 weeks; class meets 1 hour every week on the same day of the week and time as the starting date of the class.
- Location: Puppy Love Dog Training. This class is held outdoors so dress appropriately.
- Price: $100
- Class size: Limited to no more than 5 dogs per class.
