Puppy Kindergarten
Puppy Kindergarten is one of our most popular, specialized class for puppies from 9 weeks to 6 months of age to learn to be well-behaved members of the household. This class includes puppy socialization, basic obedience skills, and puppy behavior solutions! Don’t wait… early training is the single most important factor in your dog becoming a good companion! If you only do one training class with your puppy, this is THE CLASS! [No prior training needed!]
Pet Dog Ambassador (PDA) Program
The Pet Dog Ambassador (PDA) Program is a 5-level class for dog guardians to test their knowledge, skills, and ability to implement training from Puppy Kindergarten classes (recommended, not required) in real life settings! This is a fun way to continue training with your dog using our foundation concepts! [Recommended but not required prerequisite: Puppy Kindergarten]
Basic Obedience/Household Manners
Basic Obedience/Household Manners is one of our most popular classes – this class is for dogs over 6 months of age and focuses on teaching you and your dog foundations for everyday household obedience! We believe you really can teach an “old” dog new tricks, and that it is never too late to make your dog a better companion! If you only do one training class with your dog, this is THE CLASS! [No prior training needed!]
Agility
Agility is a great way to exercise your dog, build up your dog’s confidence, and for you and your dog to just plain have fun! We offer Introduction to Agility classes that any dog of any age can enjoy as well as more advanced Agility Foundations, Intermediate and Masters classes for those interested in competition. [Recommended prerequisite: Puppy Kindergarten, Basic Obedience, or equivalent training]
Nosework
Nosework, a sport inspired by working detection K9s, is a fun search and scenting class for dogs of all ages to tap into their hunting instincts, learn independent problem-solving skills, and to build broad and solid foundational scent detection skills! Mentally stimulate your dog’s innate detection skills and learn to work as a team with 6 levels of Nosework classes! [No prior training needed!]
Graduate Obedience
Graduate Obedience is designed students and their dogs that have a good start in the obedience basics (sit, down, stay, leash work, come), that want to tune up, expand, and polish their skills. This class adds difficulty and duration to Basic Obedience skills, as well as presenting new behaviors! [Prerequisite: Basic Obedience, Puppy Kindergarten, or equivalent training]
Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
Learn the 10 essential Canine Good Citizen (CGC) obedience skills to to instill confidence and good manners in and out of your home! This is a perfect option to continue practical obedience skills, earn the Good Citizen Certificate (CGC) or become a certified Therapy Dog. Includes CGC testing by AKC approved evaluator. AKC Trick Dog
Tricks for Treats?! The AKC Trick Dog classes teaches your dog virtually any trick using clicker-training in addition to roll over, on your bed, crawl, play dead, high five, take a bow, and spin! Intro to Freestyle
Intro to Freestyle is a fun way to continue working and training with your dog as a team! Freestyle combines, heeling, tricks and obedience skills while having fun and moving to music.
